This is our new SINUS RELIEF blend of shower steamers - a blend of Eucalyptus and Peppermint essential oils, and now we add MENTHOL to them for maximum sinus relief! And they are all natural! We have changed up our recipe to make these as strong as we possibly can! These are our new Shower Steamers! They come in a clamshell container and there are 10 steamers in each package. You are getting 15 oz of steamers in this package, almost 1 lb! THESE TABLETS ARE ACTIVATED BY HOT WATER. Just pop one out of the package, and place under HOT WATER for 1 second and then place tablet on your shower shelf or floor, and when the droplets of water from your shower mixes with the tablet, it will fizz up and release the essential oils into the steam of your shower, which will clear your sinuses while you're showering. They are all natural - containing baking soda, corn starch, citric acid, essential oils, menthol and distilled water. One tablet typically only lasts for one shower, and there are 10 tablets in a package. Another option to use these, is to run hot water in your sink. Place a tablet at the bottom of the sink with the hot water running. Place a towel over the back of your head, lower your head over the sink, and breathe in the steam that is now filling with the essential oils. This will clear your sinuses and you'll feel like you're at the spa! For best results, I do suggest you use these within a few months and keep them in their sealed container when not in use. These are VERY EASY to remove from the packaging. Just push from the bottom of the packaging and they will pop out. We use these every day without any problems getting them out and without breaking.
