And these no-mix, prep-to-order, one-spoon, one-pan potatoes are ready in minutes, so they save you time and labor. Try these vegetable mix-ins: Corn and red bell pepper blend, diced carrots, shredded kale, zucchini and onion blend, cabbage, fennel, green onions, leeks, mushrooms, acorn squash, pumpkin, roasted garlic, turnips, or sweet onions. PREP INSTRUCTIONS: Pour 1 pouch of Potato Pearls EXCEL Mashed Potatoes into a 4" deep half-size steamtable pan. Measure 1 gallon (4 quarts) of hot water (170 to 190F) and quickly pour over Potato Pearls EXCEL Mashed Potatoes. Promptly stir for 15 to 20 seconds to ensure even distribution. Allow to sit for 3 to 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
