Here are the troubleshooting tips for this product: For Charging issues: Check the charger. To do that unplug the charger and then check the small metal ball contact on the charger and make sure it isn't sunken. The metal ball contact should be slightly raised. Next, try cleaning the contact with an alcohol swab and then try different usb ports or available wall chargers you may have. Skipping issues: Jot Dash does not provide a palm rejection feature, so make sure you're not resting your hand on the screen of your capacitive touchscreen device. Offset issues: Jot Dash may have a slight offset at more extreme angles. Try adjusting your grip and writing angle to see if that helps
