Cut out the tattoo you want to use and remove the transparent film. 2. Place the tattoo face down on your skin. 3. Wet the tattoo thoroughly with a sponge or damp cloth. 4. Peel the paper gently to see if it transferred (about 30 seconds). If not, press down and wet again. 5. Gently remove the paper and allow the tattoo to dry. To remove: Rub with cold cream, baby oil, makeup remover, or alcohol.
