Planted Aquarium Concepts Fertilizer Tabs are designed with a balanced blend of slow release fertilizers to supply aquatic plants with the right amount of nutrients when and where they need it. Instructions: Press tabs into substrate near the base of rooted plants or 3-6 inches apart or as needed. Replace tabs after 3 months. Recommendations: Use in tanks with at least 1-2 inches of substrate. Press tabs deeply into substrate. Depending on planting density increase or reduce tab spacing.
