The ELF-1A automatically shuts off 15 seconds after no motion is detected. It can also be used without the auto sensor by turning it to continuous illumination mode. However, the frosted lamp shade is capable of evenly spreading the light from the LEDs and preventing the harsh blinding effect while providing soft and soothing light.
