All NEW Barge All-Purpose Cement is a professional strength glue / adhesive that can be used on Leather, Rubber, Vinyl, PVC, Polyurethane, Cotton, Synthetic fabrics, Woven fabrics. It is much stronger than anything you can find in a retail store. Please be advised that we receive this item straight from the factory. They don't do the best job of packaging the cans well, so when we receive them, they are pretty banged up. The quality of the product doesn't suffer because of it, but it may not please your aesthetic taste :). Use to patch rubber boots, resole leather shoes and boots and much more!
