The 55 Knife is also forged from 420HC Stainless Steel so it can take and hold an edge exceptionally well. PLEASE NOTE - Due to the change in handle material for 2020, may still have the American Walnut handled versions in stock. You will receive either the American Walnut OR Genuine ebony handled knife.
