Spread Glue Spread the glue on the head of the table tennis racket and back of rubber sheet. Wait approximately 15 minutes to dry. The glue will turn white to clear. Assemble Table Tennis Racket Place your table tennis rubber on the blade. Gently press down and cut excess rubber from the blade.
