These “rattlesnake egg zingers” make for a fun toy that can also be used as an educational tool to demonstrate magnetism. This listing includes 6 highly polished oval zingers that measure 5/8" in diameter and 2.5” in length. The magnets are more durable than your typical neodymium and ceramic magnets. However, they can still shatter and caution should be exercised when handled. To utilize these zingers, place one in each hand and toss them upwards and towards each other. When the individual zingers come close enough together, they will attach to each other and produce a loud rattling sound as they spin in the air. The ideal method to reproduce this sound is to toss them with a high arcing trajectory so that they graze past each other. If they collide at too great of an impact, they will bounce off each other.
