Copper is a soft metal, it is prone to scratches and scuffs.. All items are individually hand stamped so no two items will be alike. There will be variations in letter placement and some letters may be deeper than others. All variations should not be considered flaws, but rather unique characteristics of your jewelry. We do our best to assure long lasting font/design color, however, nothing we place on the ID tag is considered permanent. Color touch up will be required and can easily be done with a sharpie and a magic eraser.
