If not, please give us one opportunity assist you, refund or resend is available for you. >> when you plug the bulbs in the socket, if it can not light up, please flip the base 180 degree, and re-plug it again, it will light up. just make sure the polarity is correct. 1 step: turn off the power 2 step: pull the original bulb out 3 step: insert the led bulbs 4 step: turn on the power to test the led bulb, if the led bulbs can not light up, plesae turn off the power first, then flip the led base 180 degree to reinsert it to the socket again, just make sure the polarity is correct. To be sure the power is off when you are installing the led, because sometimes the finger could transmit electric current, we need to avoid the fingers leading to burning the fuse. (this tips for all markets led installation, of course most people install led successfully and safely while power is on , but better method is better )
