With no glue or installation hardware necessary, this blade fits directly on the rod (bore) that is attached to the armature by simply pushing onto the motor shaft. Make sure it is completely pushed up to prevent the blades from hitting vent over or other surroundings. It rotates counter-clockwise, but if it is the wrong direction for your fan, simply reverse the wires on the motor.
