• 【Multiple Nozzle Options】 -The original nozzles include 0.3mm-240°C, 0.4mm-240°C, 0.4mm-265°C, and 0.6mm-265°C. We have also recently developed a 0.6mm-265°C hardened nozzle and a 0.4mm-240℃ high-speed nozzle. These options allow you to customize your printing experience based on different requirements.
• 【0.4mm-240℃ High-Speed Nozzle】 -The high-speed nozzle enhances efficiency, reduces production time, and maintains print quality. When installed on Adventurer 3, Adventurer 3 Pro, and Adventurer 4 models (firmware upgrade required), it achieves a maximum printing speed of 200mm/s. For Adventurer 3 Pro2 and Adventurer 4 Pro models with the high-speed nozzle installed, the maximum printing speed reaches 300mm/s.
• 【0.6mm-265°C Hardened Nozzle】 -They offer enhanced durability and expanded material compatibility, allowing them to withstand abrasive filaments and maintain dimensional accuracy. With a longer lifespan, they ensure consistent extrusion and precise filament flow. They enable the printing of specialized materials and reduce the need for frequent nozzle replacements.
• 【Quick Detachable Nozzle】 -Patented nozzle design allows for tool-free disassembly within 3 seconds. Simply press the release ring to remove the nozzle, facilitating easy maintenance. Note: Nozzle replacement should be performed while the printer is powered off.
• 【Ensuring Nozzle Quality】 -Each nozzle has undergone print testing, so there may be some residual filament. Simply heat the nozzle and click the retraction button to clear it.
