Gilway Mint Sauce is made with fresh mint and spirit vinegar. To capture the unique taste and color of the mint, the “liquor” base is sent to the herb fields where the mint leaves are chopped and incorporated as they are picked. Traditionally served with lamb, mint sauce is also delicious with salad and fresh vegetables, especially new potatoes and peas. Gilway is a high quality brand of traditional English condiments – mint sauce made with fresh mint and spirit vinegar; and malt vinegar made from select grains and roasted barley blended with artesian well water, using a century-old recipe. Also available all natural demerara sugar cubes.
