EL-50448 TPMS relearn tool For GM series Vehicles ( from 2006-2021, Cars, SUV, Pickup), equipped with Tire Pressure Monitor system (TPMS) sensor.It can quickly reset tire sensors after you do tire rotation or change a new tire. How to use: Step 1 - Enter learning mode Set the gearshift lever to "P". Put the ignition switch to "ON". Enter the interface of tire pressure displayed by DIC. DIC shows "Press Set / Ctrl to relearn". Press "Set / Ctrl". Turn signal will light for 3 seconds and the horn will beep twice to enter the learning mode. Step 2 - Read tire pressure sensor information Start from the front-left wheel. Hold the EL-50448 antenna up against the valve core, close to the rim of the tire sidewall. Start El-50448 tire pressure tool by pressing the start button. Succeed in reading the tire pressure sensor information when the horn beeps once. Step 3 - Same method to read other tires' pressure information Follow the instructions above to read tire pressure of the front-right, rear-right, rear-left wheels. Turn signal will light for 3 seconds and the horn will beep twice when the learning is complete. How to set your car in TPMS relearn mode? 1.Make the gear in P position. 2.Use cruise to choose TPMS re-learn mode in the dashboard settings. 3.Horn will ring twice and the TPMS indicator flashes, then the learning mode has been successfully entered. (If equipped, the message center will display the front left (LF) tire) 4.Before tire pressure monitoring system works normally properly, the body control module will record ID information of each position in the tire pressure sensor.
