About this product
The Heat-Wave 1,000 Watt portable electric convector baseboard heater is perfect for supplemental heat in small rooms or for personal use. It has an adjustable thermostat control with 2 heat settings (low and high). The heater is also equipped with an internal tip-over safety switch (rattling when moving heater is normal!). If the heater tips over, power is cut off automatically. This heater also has thermal cut off protection that shuts the heater off if it overheats. Equipped with a polarized 2-prong plug. Intended for use on the floor or elevated location. Never plug heater into an extension cord or power strip. Heater is hot when in use. Keep combustible materials (furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, etc.) at least 3 feet from the front of the heater.
