This kit includes premeasured fuchsia, yellow, and turquoise dyes in three no-mess applicator bottles, rubber gloves, a bag of soda ash (a dye fixer), a handful of rubber bands for tying, and illustrated comic-book-style instructions that include descriptions of four tie-dye pattern techniques. All you'll need is warm water to mix with the dye, some fabric or clothing, and a bucket or a sink containing 2 gallons of water. The garment must soak in the soda ash for 20 minutes before you apply the dye.
