FAQ Q: I can't find my power adapter! A: Adapter is embedded in the foam packaging in a white box. Q: My watch winder does not turn on. A: Check that the ac adapter is plugged into the inlet of your winder tightly and that the outlet you use is working. Some adapters come equipped with an LED light indicating that they are working. Lastly, check that your power switch on the back of your winder is switched in the on (I) position. Q: My watch winder has stopped working after several minutes.
