This product is the firmest of all our Dulce de Leche products. Not to be confused with the firmness of Caramel Candy this product is used to decorate baked goods. this product will hold its shape and is easy to manipulate. Recommended for people with great experience in decorating baked goods with a piping bag. If this product is too thick we recommend or Repostero Suave which has a semi-firm body and it is easier to use in terms of decorating with a piping bag.
