Key features

• Standard size for large pearl tapioca #40 is between 4.0 - 4.7 mm
• They come in the form of round pellets made from cassava roots and are most commonly used to make tapioca pudding
• Before adding to these pearls to a recipe they must be soaked for at least 2 hours. For a richer taste, soak in vanilla bean milk or cream overnight in the refrigerator.
• Store in a cool, dry place. We do not recommend refrigeration or freezing of the pearls for storage.
