Leaking between the connector and the sprayer: The leaking problems of this kind mostly can be resolved by replacing the gasket to keep a tighter connection. B. Leaking from the brass end: This kind of leaking problem is caused by the latex inner tube was worn, which can be resolved by cutting off the worn part. Please see the attached picture for reference. 2. Correct ways to maintain the hose: A. Do not run hot water through the hose. B. Drain your hose when you are not using it and keep it in shaded place as much as possible in the summer. C. Protect your hose from harsh winter by storing it indoors. Make sure to drain the hose completely before storing as any remaining water in the hose can freeze or damage the hose.
