The Oklahoma Joe's Drumstick & Pepper Flex Rack works with the innovative Flex Racks System to smoke drumsticks and peppers in an upright position on the Rider Pellet Grills. This versatile rack prevents peppers from falling apart, keeps the stuffing in your poppers and cooks drumsticks evenly. It easily locks into the double-slotted brackets on the back wall of the cooking chamber of the Rider Pellet Grills. Get a wide variety of custom configuration options with the Rib Flex Rack and Multi-Purpose Flex Rack (additional racks sold separately) for a truly personalized smoking experience. Two Drumstick & Pepper Flex Racks hold up to 50 drumsticks and peppers combined. Use 2 racks to create multiple custom configurations. Each rack measures 9-inches wide. For use with Oklahoma Joe's Rider Pellet Grills. Nickel-plated steel construction for corrosion resistance. Fits into double-slotted brackets with 2-position or 7-position height adjustment.
