Our Eco-Friendly Oncor 4.5ft, 5.5ft, and 6.5ft Christmas Pine Hinge Trees elevate the classic Christmas Pine look by offering a fuller design. These trees have a hinge tree construction instead of hook and come with a metal stand due to their heavier build. THIS TREE: HINGE Hinge trees are faster to set up and come in 1-3 trunk sections plus a tree top. Hook trees require branch assembly but can offer a more relaxed shaping experience and are more eco-friendly as they use less packaging and shipping resources. Want to know more? MADE OF RECYCLED PLASTIC All Oncor trees are made of 100% recycled PVC plastic, thereby reducing the use of fossil fuels in the production process and reusing resources. All our trees are made from non-toxic PVC with tin-based stabilizers instead of lead. Supplementing regular lab tests under US CPSC and EN71 standards, testings are conducted internally at least 10 times each production day with a Hitachi XRF Analyzer. Inherently fire resistant, PVC is the only general-purpose plastic that does not require the addition of flame retardant chemicals.
