This Presto Precise cooker features innovative technology that senses the temperature inside the pot to ensure the exact pressure is maintained. There is no need to adjust for altitude. The intuitive dial and large digital display simplify function selection. Scroll through the programmed options as they are displayed on the LED screen. Just set and the rest is automatic! It is pre-programmed to maintain the proper temperature while pressure cooking, then it reduces the pressure and switches to keep warm when cooking time is complete. The quick release valve provides fast pressure reduction.
