Please use the Bicycle cards that are included to test against the performance and remember to shuffle the cards Face Up. Using cheap cards that warp and wear quickly will not work well if at all. FYI. smaller cards like UNO, 5 Crowns, Skip Bo or bridge size (2.25 X 3.5 inches) will not work. Cards used in board games will not work. The Pro Shuffle was designed to shuffle "quality playing cards" with the measurements and brand recommendation as described, currently any other application probably won't work and we highly discourage purchasing this unit as you will be disappointed and think the unit is defective. The Pro Shuffle can be plugged into an outlet, this saves money from purchasing batteries, this alone can pay for the unit over time. Works best plugged in. It has an ON/OFF switch.
