Still made using the family recipe, Lancashire Eccles Cakes can be found on the shelves of all leading supermarkets, as well as in delicatessens and local corner shops. Our Cakes are individually made from the finest ingredients obtainable in order to re-capture the authentic appearance and flavour of a Real Lancashire Eccles Cake. Our ingredients are as follows: 1.
