INSTRUCTIONS TO ASSEMBLE.1. Clip the ends of the mold together to form a triangle shape by inserting the tab into its slot. (If you don't have a mold, shape rice into a triangular form with hands)2. Lay out a sheet of nori with the logo side facedown and backside facing up.3. Place the mold on the nori sheet with the top of the triangle is slightly below the top of the nori.4. Press cooked rice to fill halfway up the mold. Then, place desired filling ingredient in the center of the triangle, leaving room on the edges. Press cooked rice to fill the remaining space in the mold.5. Remove the mold by unclipping or gently pressing the rice ball through. Grab the bottom of the laver sheet and fold up.6. Fold both sides of the front layer of seaweed underneath the rice ball. Then, fold both sides of the back layer to the front of the rice ball.7. Seal the onigiri by placing a sticker where the two sides of the seaweed intersect.8. To open, peel the strip of plastic wrap labeled "1". Then, pull off each of the tabs labeled "2" and "3". Enjoy your delicious onigiri!
