WHAT EXACTLY IS SUBLIMATION COATING?Sublimation coating is a clear coating to convert virtually any heat and pressure tolerant material into a sublimate substrate.Sublimation coating is designed for digital printing, it can make the colorfastness, transfer works well, pattern delicate and longtime not fade. ✦WHY THE FABRIC(SPRAYED COATING LIQUID BEFORE SUBLIMATION) BECOME HARDER AFTER TRANSFERRING?Because sprayed too much coating liquid, the suitable amount is only need to be wet on the surface of fabric, not need to be seeing liquid blowing after spray the coating. If too much coating liquid, the fabric will became harder.Tips: the new fabric will be softer after washing it once.✦HOW TO AVOID YELLOWING OF FABRICS IN AREAS WITHOUT PICTURES AFTER TRANSFER?The fabric in the areas without pictures turn yellow after transferring, Because cotton fabric are more sensitive to high temperature.1.Add a large piece of white cotton fabric(which can cover the sublimation blanks completely) above the sublimation paper before transferring.2.Use a white cotton fabric to wrap the heating plate of the heat transfer machine before transferring✦WHY ARE THERE STREAKS AND BUBBLES ON THE SUBSTRATE OF PRODUCT AFTER TRANSFER? The sublimation coating liquid is not evenly applied. You can use cotton pads, silicone brushes or sublimation coation spray guns to apply the sublimation coating, so that the coating is covered on the product.WARM TIPS:✔We recommend running your shirts through a quick cycle in your washer before delivering them to your customers or before using them.✔We also recommend running hot water or rubbing alcohol through your sprayer after each use to prevent clogging.✔To prevent excessive freezing, we do not recommend opening it after a prolonged period of a hot & humid environment
