Move the battery’s insulating piece away, and insert batteries into teeth whitening light. 2. Attach mouth tray to teeth whitening light. 3. (For Sensitive Teeth Users) Desensitizing gel: apply to the teeth 1-2 minutes before using the whitening gel, try not to touch the gums. After using the desensitizing gel, directly apply the whitening gel evenly on the dental tray, then use the whitening gel for 20-30 minutes, rinse the mouth with water afterward. 4.
