Non-slip, rubber grips give you extra control, preventing drops. The versatile three-rivet, over/under end hook grabs onto top, bottom and side edges, keeping the tape upright and readable. For accurate inside and outside measurements, the hook slides to compensate for hook thickness. Coated with wear-resistant nylon and marked in high-contrast black on yellow, the fractional scale blade has a readout at every 1/8 in. and precise 1/32 graduations throughout. Stud centers are in red every 16 in. and diamond marks every 19.2 in. let you quickly divide 8 foot sections into 5 equal spacings.
