About this product

Tetra WaterClarifier tablets clear cloudy, discolored water and remove odors caused by decayed organics (fish waste, dead plants, overfeeding, bacterial blooms). These Fizz Tabs also neutralize iron present in tap water, which causes stains on aquarium glass, hoods, lights, ornaments and accessories. Tetra WaterClarifier tablets are for use in established aquariums only – not for use in newly setup aquariums. This product is safe to use with aquarium fish and plants.To clear cloudy water conditions and remove odors, add one tablet to each 10 gallons (40l) of aquarium water. To remove iron from water, add one tablet to each 20 gallons (80 L) of aquarium water. For aquariums 40 gallons or larger, or for soft water and/or acid water with low alkalinity, dissolve tablets before adding to aquarium. If using any other water conditioners or treatments, wait 48 hours before using this product. Remove carbon from filter during use. Water may turn dark purple when product is first added, but will clear within a few hours. If cloudiness has not improved within 48 hours, treat again. This product may neutralize other treatments.
