Product Care InstructionsSoak seeds overnight for about 8 to 10 hours in a jar or bowl of water. In the morning drain out the water and rinse with fresh water. Drain out that water making certain there are only wet seeds in the jar and no standing water. Two times each day rinse and drain the seeds/sprouts making certain there is no standing water in the jar or bowl.
