A savory blend of pork, salt, and Spanish smoked paprika, this traditional Spanish-style cured sausage is hearty in texture and intense in flavor. Chorizo provides an intense flavor with just enough heat for a pleasing finish. All of Les Trois Petits Cochons' Saucissons are all-natural, gluten free, do not contain nitrites or nitrates and are available in 8oz retail size. Enjoy at room temperature on its own or serve on a charcuterie board with cornichons, Dijon mustard and baguette. Pair with a light-bodied dry white wine with a light, crisp & refreshing taste or with a light-bodied beer such as a Lager, Pilsner or Wheat Beer.
