About this product
Chile Lime Seasoning Blend is a pretty simple mix of California sea salt, chile pepper, red bell pepper, and lime juice. It’s spicy but not too hot, and tangy but not too puckery. Rather than a finely ground powder that mixes right in to recipes, its somewhat coarse grind delivers just a bit of texture, allowing it to stand out as a condiment. We’ve tasted commercial versions of this blend that are significantly more salty – we think ours delivers more Chile Lime flavor with less salt (though salt is the first ingredient, so this is not a low-sodium product), and to that we say, ¡Olé!
