This Anderson Metals 56108 cap is a brass pipe fitting with 1/4" female NPT threads. The cap fitting closes or terminates the end of a pipe or fitting. It has female National Pipe Taper (NPT) threads for connecting to male threaded pipes, creating a tighter seal than straight threads.
