his dipstick is used to measure the transmission fluid level on late model chrysler dodge jeep vw vehicles that did not come with a dipstick. The vehicle manufacture designed this as a measuring tool only and it is not to be left in the vehicle. HOW TO USE:As with the dealer tool, remove tube cap and insert dipstick until it contacts the bottom of the pan. Remove dipstick and check fluid level. Compare fluid level for your Make, Model, Engine and Transmission to the directions included.Replace tube cap when complete. Do not leave dipstick inside vehicle. WITH NEW CAP
