BelGioioso's burrata is made from fresh, local, rBST-free milk gathered a few hours after milking. Theis handcrafted cheese is pulled and stretched into a smooth ball that is filled with a milky mixture of mozzarella pieces. Expect a luxuriously rich interior that spills across the plate when you cut it. BelGioioso burrata is made with vegetarian rennet and is always gluten-free.
