The ceramic coating is applied at a low temperature, reducing CO2 emissions and is PFOA-free. Bialetti's Aeternum cookware is suitable for use on gas, electric, glass and ceramic stoves. Cookware is safe to use with nylon, silicone or wood utensils. Do not use metal utensils on the nonstick cooking surface and pan is not for use on induction cooktops or in the oven. Bialetti cookware is dishwasher safe. For best results, hand wash with non-abrasive cleaners and liquid dishwashing soap.
