This elbow splint helps to prevent the elbow from flexion (bending), while still allowing some arm movement. It can be used whenever the elbow needs to be restrained. NEW & IMPROVED SIZING: To choose your size, use a soft/flexible measuring tape and measure the circumference around your elbow at the joint, in inches. May be worn on your right or left arm. For the most accurate measurement, have someone assist you.- Small fits elbow joint circumferences ranging from 6"-8.5”.- Medium fits elbow joint circumferences ranging from 8.5”-11”.- Large fits elbow joint circumferences ranging from 11”-15”. Please refer to the sizing graphic above for further instructions. Size small has a length of 6 inches, medium with 7 inches, and size large with a length of 10 inches. Refer to the images above for a better visual representation of the length.
