So versatile, the putty enables flexion, extension, press, pinch and adduction exercises. It can even be used to exercise toes. Each color may be used independently or as part of a progressive resistance exercise program. With six resistance levels available, increasing the challenge is as simple as adding to the amount of putty being used, increasing the number of repetitions or changing the putty to one with a higher resistance.
