The MicroFlip is a great microscope for both beginners and more advanced users alike, as it offers a higher magnification range, but is simple and easy to use. One of the most exciting features of the Micro flip is the included smartphone digiscoping clip that attaches the microscope to your phone camera, so you can document all of your findings and share them with colleagues, friends, and family. The clip is compatible with most smart phone models, including iphone, Samsung, LG, HTC, and more (thicker cases like Otterbox style cases may need to be removed before attaching the digiscoping clip). Please note that due to the extremely powerful magnification of this pocket microscope that the focal distance is very short. Therefore, you must hold the microscope directly over your subject for optimal viewing clarity. Begin at the lowest magnification (100x) and adjust the focus until you have a clear view, then increase your magnification to your desired level.
