(**Please advise, most individuals will NOT need to pump air to the MAX amount. This is designed to gradually introduce pressure in small increments for relief.) The pillow design is very comfortable and easy to use. The strap is adjustable and allows for a wide range of neck sizes to fit. In addition, it comes with a hand help pump that allows you to progressively inflate to your desired comfort level. There is also an air valve control knob to release air to customize the pressure. We recommend that you start slowly, and when you start sensing some pressure, to stop and wait a few minutes. The gradually increase the pressure by using the hand-held air pump.
