This Dixon BAS series brass swivel adapter has a female GHT threaded end, female NPTF threaded end, and connects hoses of different types. This fitting has a female garden hose threads (GHT) to connect to a male GHT connection and a female National Pipe Taper Fine (NPTF) threads to connect to a male NPTF connection. This adapter is made of brass for resistance to corrosion, ductility at high temperatures, and low magnetic permeability. Hose fittings connect, control, change the direction of, and terminate the flow in piping and hose systems.
