Granite Ware Bake, Broil and Grill set uses the same great Porcelain on Steel construction used in our famous Granite Ware Roasters. Porcelain on steel construction is stronger and safer than foil type pans. Porcelain is fused to the steel at 2000 degrees Fahrenheit producing a non-porous, inert surface that is naturally non-stick and dishwasher safe. Please note that it is a glass type surface so if dropped, it can chip however this will not reduce the performance of the cookware. The Granite Ware 3 pc Bake, Broil and Grill features a perforated tray that is ideal for vegetables or fish. Use it directly on the barbecue or in the oven at home. The grill rack can be used to broil meat in the oven using the pan bottom to catch the drippings and keep your oven clean. The base pan can be used by itself as a Roasting pan or Lasagna pan. Cook and serve right out of the pan Set includes Roasting Pan 9"L x 14"W x 2"H, Broiler Grill Pan 8"L x 13"W x .50"H and rack.
