Specifications: * 3.8" deep well submersible pump. 1 HP, 230V, 5.1 Amps, 8 stages, 1-1/4 NPT discharge; * This pump has max OD of 3.8", which fits a 4" or larger well casing; * All stainless-steel exterior construction, including shell, motor shaft, discharge and intake, etc to ensure corrosion resistance; * High efficient and hermetically sealed motor has a built in capacitor start, and thermal protection to prevent overheating, for longer life and powerful start; * Built in starer box. This pump DOES NOT require an external starter box! * This is a 2-wire pump (2 wires + ground = total 3 wires) with 10' long electric cord UL required; * Some other brands had 30’ under sized wires (i.e. 18 GA for 1HP). They are useless and will harm the pump and whole house electrical systems.
