From the Manufacturer Trouble shooting STEPS: • Your router must be set to 2.4 GHz frequency. Please do not use 5 GHz. • Make sure your router name (SSID) or password does not include any special characters such as @#$%^!* or spaces. • If you cannot see the video, your Internet speed might be slow. Go to Settings> Display Settings and lower the video resolution. • This device is high definition, therefore, it requires higher internet speed. Please consider having an Internet speed of at least 3 Mbps. • If you are still experiencing issues, delete the camera from the app and close the app. Then, close all apps running in the background, reset the monitor by holding the reset button for 20 seconds. Place the monitor within 10 feet of the router and reinstall the monitor.
