In a Spring Form pan, the sides of the ring are loosened by means of a clasp: the ring opens and you can remove the base of the pan or fit it in again. Use the flat base of the Spring Form pan to prepare cakes and flan cases. The base with a funnel hole at the centre can be used instead of a wreath cake pan for sponge cakes and Gugelhupf. In contrast to other baking pans the cake is not turned upside down when it is done. Simply loosen the clasp and lift the ring up off the base - thanks to the Non-Stick coating the cake comes out on its own. Since the carrier base is somewhat larger than the ring Spring Form pans are entirely leakproof. They are available in different shapes and sizes, for instance circular, rectangular or heart-shaped. Baking pans to go is the motto of the Kaiser bake & take collection: with their matching carrier covers, these five different pans turn into a cake carrier with a handle - this means that you can bake your favourite cake and transport it to the next party or gathering without damaging it. The plastic carrier cover is unbreakable and two clip-lock at the sides make the lid easy to open and close. The cover keeps your cake safe and protected during transport, and keeps it fresh for longer. Two flexible, secure handles make it easy to carry. The collection also includes leakproof Spring Form pans (circular, rectangular and square), a muffin tray, a roasting and baking pan, and even a Gugelhupf pan. The bake & take pans must be handwashed.
