Weighing 16.8 oz (477 g) per shoe, built for automotive industry, this non-conductive ESD work shoe offers a breathable mesh, non-mutilating upper. With KEEN.ReGEN midsole for all-day comfort, a slip-resistant, non-marking outsole, and aluminum toes. Also built off of KEEN’s traditional wider footwear form. The Sparta ESD does come with a removable insole; however, if swapped for a different insole it could void the ESD protection safety standards. KEEN Utility recommends sticking with the standard insole it comes with. All KEEN Utility products use a natural, probiotic-based technology called CleansportNXT for breaking down odor in sweat; while also sourcing leather from tanneries certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG).
