It is made of aluminum for that license plate feel; attaches to your pet's collar with a split ring; and measures 1 1/8" x 1 7/8" x .040". The front side features your pet's name. (8 characters maximum, including spaces). Other side of tag will feature your pet's photo and contact information. You can add 2 more lines of additional information, and add the words "Microchipped" and/or "Reward". **PLEASE NOTE: When you order this item, you are purchasing a PL8S 4 PETS() kit, which is a prepaid order form that looks like a big postcard. We mail it to you, you fill it out, send it back with your pet's photo, and we will make and ship your custom PL8S 4 PETS() ID tag to you via first class mail within 10 business days (i.e. from when we receive your completed form and photo). Delivery time is usually faster though. You MUST mail back the kit as it is a prepaid order form, even if you choose to email us your info and photo. If you order this item with expedited shipping, we will ship the kit to you via expedited shipping but your tag will still be shipped via first class mail.
